WKU men's basketball player Jordan Swing, who appeared in 22 games as a freshman in 2009-10, will not return to the program for the 2010-11 season and will explore other options, head coach Ken McDonald announced Wednesday.

"I'm a little disappointed in Jordan's decision to leave WKU," McDonald said. "I felt he was turning the corner and starting to understand how hard he needed to work to contribute to our program, but Jordan felt there might be more opportunities at another university. I wish him and his family all the best."
Swing, a native of Vestavia Hills, Ala., averaged 7.6 minutes and 2.3 points per game for the Hilltoppers in 2009-10. He scored a career-high 11 points in a win against South Alabama on February 18, shooting 4-of-5 from the field in 12 minutes of action and grabbing three rebounds.
