WKU adds two more

Western Kentucky continued their recruiting roll coming off the weekend where they hosted four key targets and now three of the four have committed.

On Monday afternoon the Hilltoppers received verbal pledges from East Bay (Fla.) athlete Gaej Walker and Joliet Catholic (Ill.) offensive lineman Tyler Witt.

Why They Committed
Witt: "I was very interested in their engineering program, it was hands-on and I really love that. I also felt like I was at home while I was on campus because it reminded me of my hometown."
"The players that I got to meet were really nice and I got along with all of them. They made me want to be part of Western Kentucky too."
Walker: "I really like the school and the facilities. I learned about my major sports management and met with the professor. The biggest factor in my decision was the chance at early playing time and I loved the facilities and coaches."
With Walker and Witt in the fold, the Hilltoppers now have 22 verbal commitments for the 2016 class.
