The Hilltoppers added some more depth to next year's roster this weekend, landing a commitment from Cameron Flowers, an intriguing athlete prospect from Warner Robins (Ga.) in the class of 2024.
The 5-foot-11, 166-pound recruit from the Peach State sat down with InsideHilltopperSports.com to detail his commitment to Western Kentucky, revealing what ultimately led to his decision.
Flowers said that what led to his decision was how he could see himself being successful at Western Kentucky and the overall hospitality he received from the Hilltoppers during his recent visit.
Flowers is coming off a recent unofficial visit to Western Kentucky this past weekend. He added that the Hilltoppers have been involved in his recruitment since this past spring.
In addition to being pursued by Western Kentucky, Flowers held opportunities from a mountain of notable programs, including several Power Five schools.
The rising senior out of Warner Robins, GA. pulled in a total of 18 offers and also received interest from Auburn, Austin Peay, Houston and Troy.
Flowers held significant opportunities from Georgia Tech, Indiana, Louisville, Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, Virginia and Virginia Tech.
