Western Kentucky's Chris Harrison-Docks is no longer with the program, WKU confirmed Sunday.
"Chris Harrison-Docks is no longer a member of the Hilltopper Basketball program," WKU head coach Ray Harper said in a statement. "We wish him the best moving forward."
The redshirt-junior appeared in 74 games for WKU after transferring from Butler. He averaged 10.4 points per game and shot 36.2 percent from three-point land. A graduate if Okemos High School in Michigan, Harrison-Docks started 45 games as a Hilltopper.
Harrison-Docks was suspended December 22 and missed two-straight games. He was also cited on a marijuana possession charge back in March.
Docks was named the 2014 Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year.
His departure leaves Western Kentucky with nine active scholarship players and two walk-ons. The Tops are 10-10 overall, 2-5 in Conference USA and host Alabama Birmingham Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
