The 6-foot-6, 200-pound guard earned Third-Team NJCAA All-American honors in April and was also named the 2022-23 Indian Hills Student-Athlete of the Year.

The Gatineau, Quebec native played 25.8 minutes per game last season, reaching double-digit scoring in 21 games, scoring at least 20 points in five contests.

Kalambay was additionally named to the NJCAA All-Region Region 11 First Team during his sophomore stint at Indian Hills C.C. In four career games in national tournament competition, Kalambay averaged 18.5 points per game and became the fourth player in program history to score at least 30 points in a tournament contest. Kalambay scored the most points in a tournament since the Warriors' 2008 season. His tournament performance earned him a spot on the NJCAA All-Tournament Team.

During his freshman season with Indian Hills C.C., Kalambay appeared in all 33 games in 2021-22, earning NJCAA All-Region XI Honorable Mention honors after scoring 9.8 points per game.

Kalambay shot 51.9% from field goal range, totalling a 56-11 record in two seasons with the Warriors.

Kalambay played high school basketball for Orangeville Prep High School, located in Mono, Ontario. He was also a part of the U19 Canadian National Team in the summer of 2021.
