Second Half Scoring Drought Gives WKU 76-57 Loss

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP)- Justin Hamilton had 18 points, Anthony Hickey added 17 and LSU beat Western Kentucky 76-57 in the Charleston Classic on Friday.

The Tigers (2-2) will face either VCU or Georgia Tech in Sunday's fifth-place game in the eight-team tournament at TD Arena.
Hamilton was a perfect 8 for 8 from the foul line and added nine rebounds. The 5-foot-11 Hickey had seven rebounds, four assists and three steals.
Kevin Kaspar had 15 points for the Hilltoppers (1-3), which went scoreless for nearly eight minutes of the second half as LSU's lead went from 51-45 to 20 points. Nigel Snipes finished with 13 points.
LSU, which was coming off back-to-back losses, forced 20 turnovers.
